Return Policy – Dresses

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a dress, please note the following requirements:

 

1. Return Window – Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition – The item must be in original, unworn condition with no visible wear or tear.
3. Scent-Free – The dress must have absolutely no scent, including perfume, deodorant, or other odors.
4. Original Packaging – The dress must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
5. Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Please Note:

• Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or scent.
